Role Overview:

As an AI Analyst, you will support product development and analytics services teams by troubleshooting and resolving client issues while contributing to product improvements. This role emphasizes client relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction, and improving workflows and processes. You will collaborate closely with multiple teams and work on complex problem-solving and systemic improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support in product and analytics teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and client-related issues.
• Contribute to product development enhancements and process optimization.
• Maintain strong client and internal stakeholder relationships.

Key Technical Skills:

SQL, Excel, Basic Statistics, Data Analysis, Reporting, Data Visualization, Python (optional but preferred), Database Management

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Strong command of SQL and Excel; Python knowledge beneficial.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and analytics.
• Ability to analyze data to draw actionable business insights.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently on complex issues and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience or knowledge in retail processes like inventory allocation, merchandising, pricing, and promotions is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a solid academic background.
